If something goes wrong with my order, who do I contact?
Contact SLAB-SAFE®. You bought from us, so we handle it. You don't need to go to Hobby Defense.
How many slabs does each case hold?
From each product's Hobby Defense page: 2 Row - Graded Card Case: "holds up to 70 slabs"; "4 foam dividers". 3 Row - Graded Card Case: "holds up to 112 slabs"; "6 foam dividers". 4 Row - Graded Card Case: "holds up to 140 slabs"; "8 foam dividers". PSA Slab Binder: "Holds up to 40 PSA, CGC, TAG Sized Slabs. Will not hold BGS or SGC". BGS MAGSHIELD v4: one slab.
How many slabs fit if they have bumpers or MagShields on?

Which grading companies' slabs fit?

PSA Slab Binder: "Holds up to 40 PSA, CGC, TAG Sized Slabs. Will not hold BGS or SGC"; "35PT size only". Is the case water resistant or fireproof?
From each product's Hobby Defense page: - 2, 3, and 4 Row Graded Card Cases: "our water resistant card case for sports cards is made to protect your valuable collection" - Card Zip Binder: "Non-slip, water resistant DuraLux material" Water resistant is not waterproof. For other products, the page doesn't say. No product page mentions fireproofing.
Does it come with locks, a strap, or an AirTag slot?

When will my order ship?

I paid but don't have tracking. What's going on?
Paid doesn't mean shipped. If your order shows no tracking, it hasn't shipped yet. Email us and we'll check it.
My case arrived damaged or is missing a part. What do I do?
Email us two photos: one of the damage or missing part, and one of the shipping label. Then we'll replace the case or refund you.
What happens if you sell me something that can't ship?
You'll get a full refund for that unfulfilled order.
What's your return policy?
Returns are handled by Hobby Defense. Made by Hobby Defense. Sold by SLAB-SAFE®. They ship it.
- You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, contact help@hobbydefense.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.
- If your return is approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Can you tell me what my card would grade?
No. We don't grade cards or comment on a card's value.
